This theme form Indonesian Theme Creator who called rizal noerman, and you can check the original post for more information about this theme here.

Here is an example of how its look :

To go into Lockscreen Settings and to customize your Quote Words and App Shortcut;

• Apply This Theme
• -> Go to Theme Manager app
• -> Customize Theme
• -> Lock style
• -> Click on Customize button

(Or you can simply tap on Quote Words in Lokscreen)
